| How long have you been in business? Eastern Marine, Inc. has been in business since 1981. The 'Eastern Marine Outlet' website was created in 2003. Our first website, EasternMarine.com has been online since 1999, and is home to our 'Eastern Marine Outlet'. |

| Do you have a retail store showroom? Yes, we have a giant 12,000 square foot retail showroom at our headquarters in Newark, Delaware. With the exception of a few 'Drop Ship' semi-custom products, most of the items listed on this website are also available for purchase at our 'TAX FREE' Delaware showroom. |

| What payment methods do you accept? We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, PAYPAL, Money Order and Checks as payment for orders placed with Eastern Marine Outlet. All transactions are made in U.S. funds, and some restrictions apply to orders paid by check. Please refer to the 'ORDER INFO' page for additional details on payment methods. |

Do I have to pay sales tax? We are located in the State of Delaware, which does not impose a sales tax on the products we sell. No sales tax will be included on your order. |
| Where do you ship to? Eastern Marine Outlet ships to the United States and Canada. |
| What shipper do you use? We ship all orders via UPS, including pallet sized shipments. |
| Can I have my order shipped express? We can ship express via UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air or UPS 3-Day Select service. After adding items to the online basket simply enter your zip code into the 'Available Shipping Options' box to view costs for all shipping options. Orders received before 1 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the same day (Mon.-Fri.). |
